Authentic Mask(ing) is a playful eco-art Halloween workshop exploring what we hide, what we reveal, and what happens when we play with the masks we wear.
We'll create and transform our own masks using clay, soil, found natural materials, and mixed media - layering, covering, erasing, and revealing as we go.
We'll also head outside to gather materials that the Earth has already offered, practicing curiosity, discernment, and reciprocity along the way.
Part creative ritual, part art-making adventure, Authentic Mask(ing) invites us to get a playful and discover what might emerge when we make space for something more authentic.
